You ask lots of questions above but the main idea is that many of the “life” coaching principles also apply to the health and fitness game. Set goals,chunk it down, achieve and repeat!

You can not want to fill your new car with dirty gasoline.
So filling you body with things that are not healthy would be common sense. Take care of your vessel and your vessel will take care of you. Living a clean healty life style is about making wise food choices.

You would not want to loose weight from your body quick. It is recommended by most trainers to loose weight at an healthy two pounds a week. People concerned about their weight loss should be in use of there common sense. Any thing you yout take should only help in this. Extreme in Extreme time frames is not healthy for body. Weight-loss takes time.

You would not want to pump your car with dirty fuel.
So filling you body with foods that are not healthy should be common sense. Take care of your body and your body will take care of you. Living a healthy life style is about making smart food choices.
